Farmer Ian will be travelling down from our farm in Matfen to tell you all about how our cows are hand-reared on acres of naturally-fertilised land. In-house butcher Neil will deliver a butchery demonstration while telling you more about our on-site hanging room and finally, Head Chef Hanna Madden will talk you through the dishes he’s created for the evening.
