That’s why all of ours is born and bred in Northumberland. To celebrate this rich red meat, we pull out all the stops. Enjoy arrival drinks and canapés, then indulge in canapes plus 4 courses showcasing the beef at its best. That’s not all – learn more about the all-important provenance of your dishes too.
Farmer Ian will be travelling down from our farm in Matfen to tell you all about how our cows are hand-reared on acres of naturally-fertilised land. In-house butcher Neil will deliver a butchery demonstration while telling you more about our on-site hanging room and finally, Head Chef Hanna Madden will talk you through the dishes he’s created for the evening.
