Our most popular course will help develop your bread making skills. We follow the ethos of ‘Proper Bread’ using locally-milled stone-ground flours and sourdough starters to produce wonderfully delicious and nutritious bread. Following-on from our beginners course, our master baker will help you make up to four delicious artisan loaves. All dough is kneaded by hand. A basic knowledge will help but is not essential. These courses are relaxed, informative and fun.
COST: £125 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a set three course communal lunch (including vegetarian option) with wine in the Cookery School, your own apron, breads and recipes to take home. Payment upon booking. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable.
