V. Sattui’s own Michelin Star Chef Stefano Masanti will be preparing Tuscany’s famed Bistecca Fiorentina on our sprawling Vittorio Lawn where our guests will dine by starlight amongst the vines. The menu begins with a Panzanella salad followed by medium-rare Porterhouse steaks prepared over live-action grills and served alongside a medley of seasonal veggies and potatoes. Don’t forget dessert! Stefano will be surprising us with the closing confection for this event – and he never disappoints!

As if dinner isn’t satisfying enough, The Anthony Nino Lane Band (whom many of you may know from our Festa Italiana event) will take the stage with their lively Italian folk and pop songs as you sip on V. Sattui’s top cabernets and zinfandels.
