We’re excited to welcome our friends Gayle Pirie and John Clark, chefs behind San Francisco’s beloved Foreign Cinema restaurant, as they share signature dishes and cocktails from their cookbook, The Foreign Cinema Cookbook: Recipes and Stories Under the Stars. The chefs are partnering with our Chef de Cuisine Andy Doubrava to create a five-course menu featuring Rustic Canyon’s take on the dishes and drinks, melding Northern and Southern California sensibilities with an emphasis on global spices and vegetable-driven fare.
