France remains home to one of the world’s greatest classic cuisines with humble dishes such as French onion soup to cassoulet, coq au vin, confit duck and beef bourguignon rooted in their culinary history. Food really is a way of life in France so come and ensconce yourself in an evening of gallic fancy and see what all the fuss is all about.
COST: £99 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal lunch with vegetarian wine in the Cookery School, your own apron and recipes to take home. Payment upon booking. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable.
