Michter’s Virtual Tasting for World Whiskey Day
Around 1753, Swiss Mennonite brothers Johann and Michael Shenk started the distillery that would become Michter’s, producing one of the earliest local American whiskeys with rye from its own grain fields in Schaefferstown in eastern Pennsylvania. Ruth Westrick D’Ambrosio of Michter’s Distillery joins us to celebrate World Whiskey Day and drink these phenomenal spirits.
