Enjoy time with culinary enthusiasts and your host for the afternoon, Tracy Chapman, purveyor of fine chocolate and founder of Chocolate Voyage introduces you to the exciting world of fine craft chocolate. Most chocolate today is a cheap sugary imitation of what has been one of the most sophisticated foods in human existence.
The history of chocolate alone is over 5000 years. Taste and savour the rarest of dark chocolates “food of the gods” where the complexity of flavours comes from the fruit (cacao) and rivals that of fine wines and spirits. As an educator, master taster and world judge of fine chocolate, Tracy is qualified to lead you on this journey.
At the end of the talk, you will have the opportunity to purchase these unique chocolates at a special price and there will be a gift bag to take away with you.
