Learn the art of making great sausage. We start with humanely raised animals and add the right combination of ingredients to produce super sausage. When working with whole meat pieces, there’s nothing to fear. Chef Brad will demonstrate and teach the techniques of processing, grinding, stuffing, casing, cooking and, of course, eating.
