The Pig Dinner with Peads & Barnetts – In partnership with Los Angeles Times Food Bowl, this dinner celebrates Oliver Woolley, one of the few farmers to sustainably raise Berkshire pigs in the U.S. Enjoy five courses featuring different preparations of Oliver’s pigs, including a charcuterie board, a course of mixed sausages and unique cuts normally not seen in restaurants. Optional wine pairings and specialty cocktails also available.
