You and your special someone will receive a Virtual Cooking Class with Chef Beckett to watch and enjoy February 14th. Chef will walk you through the 3-course dinner preparations. The cooking class includes a food kit with partially prepared food for two, recipes and an instructional “cook along” video.
Food kits must be picked up on Saturday the 13th (between noon and 6pm). Substitutions will not be available. Last day to reserve your spot in the class is Wednesday, February 10th (or until space runs out).
Menu for two:
- heirloom carrot & citrus salad, cucumber, radish, carrot chive vinaigrette, toasted pistachios
- BT signature short ribs, parsnip sweet vidalia onion lyonnaise, swiss chard, mcclendon asparagus
- salted chocolate tart, chocolate cookie crumble crust, amarena cherry
