Details
Our wine list features only wines made by women, and we're super-excited to have three of them here for a wine dinner on Tuesday, April 23. Three of France's most acclaimed vigneronnes will be here, pairing their wines with a five course menu consisting of our latest dishes (including our insane vegan caviar).
They are:
NATHALIE OUDIN - the daughter of the winery's original founders, today Nathalie and her sister run Domaine Oudin, a sustainable winery that puts out a handful of gorgeous, complex wines.
MARINE LEYS - a midlife career switch saw her leave film production behind to found the organic winery, La Vignereuse, in the deeply underrated AOC of Gaillac.
CORALIE DELECHENEAU - the wife of the husband-and-wife team who run La Grange Tiphaine, an organic winery that has been in their family since the 19th century, and turns out some of France's most stunning natural wines.
These are women who get their hands dirty, squeezing dazzling, urgent wines out of the rocks and soil of France.
We'll be pairing their amazing wines with a five-course meal of some of our newest dishes to hit the menu:
- Celeriac Tots with Green Goddess Dressing
- Onion Tartare
- Cucumber Salad with kaffir lime & cucumber cream, sake-poached melon and cucumber balls, ice plant, and mint sichuan oil
- Celery Spaghetti with grilled grapes and peanut broth
- Swiss Chard Sundae
Vegan guests are welcome, just let us know after you buy your ticket and we'll have vegan versions of everything for you.
Tickets are $175 per person (includes tip, but not tax)
I can't wait to raise a glass with you!
