German for “cellar beer”, Kellerbier night features super fresh, unfiltered variations of your favorite East Rock beers packaged straight from our fermentation cellar. Dispensed from a wooden-clad cask (holzfaß) and served in a ceramic stein, Kellerbier night is the original way to experience great lager! Subtle flavors of fresh yeast and grain, supported by bright, rustic hop aromas enliven these young beers, while a natural degassing in the cask provides for an exceptionally smooth pour.
