Rouge is please to annouce its latest "Piano Bar" addition to its Weekly Line up of Dinner Jazz Musical this coming Saturday, Featuring Jaui Schneider (Piano)
Jaui’s interest in music was sparked at an early age listening to boogie woogie style piano. In short order he was part of “Exit 14”, a suburban NYC rock band named after the Band’s City Train Thruway Stop until the Thruway authority decided to split Exit 14 into exit 14 north and exit 14 south, Devastated the band broke up.

During his senior year in high school He joins “Steve Curry and the Denims,” a NYC based Rhythm and Blues Band where He played at major NYC venues, opening for The Doors, Buffalo Springfield, The Chambers Brothers and Curtis Mayfield before departing on a USO tour to Vietnam and Thailand entertaining the troops shortly after Graduating from High school.
Upon his return to the States He migrates South to Miami Florida finding there a Flourishing music scene. While playing electric bass He is introduced to Jazz and exposed to Jazz masters such as Ira Sullivan and Joe Diorio and starts composing.
Soon after Jaui moves back to NYC after being hired by Legendary Conga Master Ray Barretto for whom he Composed, what is now considered a Latin/Jazz Standard “La Cuna”.
Winter and the urban lifestyle drove Jaui back to beautiful Miami where he is happy to perform along side Rouge’s talented singers and Solo.
