Craft beer, cider and spirits in the heart of North Yorkshire - brewed under the control of the benedictine monks of Ampleforth Abbey. Ampleforth Abbey Beer is based on a traditional Benedictine recipe in the Trappist style.
Ampleforth Abbey Cider is made on site using apples from the Abbey Orchard. The apples are also the base for the Apple Liqueur and Cider Brandy.
